Indicative US list prices per user per month (October 2026), from public vendor pages and third-party pricing guides. Where sources differ we used the lowest figure, so real quotes are usually higher. Odoo, Microsoft, SAP and Oracle negotiate and price by region; some Odoo regions are cheaper than the US list. Figures exclude implementation, partner fees and optional modules, and are not an offer from any vendor.
- Odoo: All apps; Studio and multi-company need the higher Custom plan at about $46.70.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: Premium (manufacturing, service) is about $110 per user.
- SAP: Third-party estimates run from about $100 to $219 per user; SAP does not publish list prices.
- Oracle NetSuite: About $999 per month base platform plus roughly $99 to $129 per user; modules are extra.
