About Xetuu
What is Xetuu ERP?
Xetuu is a modular enterprise resource planning platform that connects accounting, inventory, sales, CRM, POS, HR and payroll, purchasing, projects, analytics and automation on one shared data foundation.
Which modules are available today?
Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, POS, HR, Purchase, Assets, Projects, Analytics, Studio, Automation, Administration and the App Store are available. Manufacturing and Documents are in development.
Do I have to install every module?
No. Every workspace starts with Dashboard, Administration and the App Store, and other modules are installed on demand with dependencies checked automatically.
Which modules are still in development?
Manufacturing, Assets (as a standalone register) and Documents (as a standalone store) are listed in the App Store but their interfaces are not built yet. Their solution pages say so plainly. Depreciation and asset models are available inside Accounting today.
Is Xetuu a good fit for small businesses?
Yes. You start with a core shell and install only the modules you need, such as Accounting and Inventory, and add more as you grow.
Companies, currencies and accounting
Can one account run several companies?
Yes. A single tenant can operate multiple companies, each with its own chart of accounts, taxes, bank accounts and currency.
Does Xetuu support multiple currencies?
Yes. Every monetary amount stores a currency code, and exchange rates refresh automatically every hour from a free provider, or from a paid provider when one is configured.
Can I edit a posted invoice?
No. Posted documents are immutable. You correct them by reversal, which creates a second entry and keeps the original visible in the ledger.
Does it include a country chart of accounts?
Yes. A country-specific chart of accounts and tax configuration is installed when a company is created.
Data and security
Is customer data isolated?
Each tenant has its own database, and every request is validated against the tenant and company in the user's session.
Who can see what?
Access is role-based. Every action is guarded by a named permission, and administrators can use groups, access requests and delegated access.
Is there an audit log?
Yes. Every mutation is written to an append-only audit log with user, IP, before and after values and timestamp.

How is Xetuu priced?
Pricing depends on the modules installed and the number of users. Contact the Xetuu team for a quote.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can create a workspace and try the product. Use Start Free Trial in the navigation.
Do you publish prices?
Not yet. Pricing depends on the modules and users, so we quote after a short conversation about your needs.
