Raw materials, stock and cost on one set of books.
Manufacturers lose margin in the gaps between purchasing, the warehouse and the ledger. Xetuu connects procurement, multi-warehouse inventory with batch tracking, and accounting today, and is building production planning on the same foundation.
What gets in the way
Materials planned against stale figures
When purchasing and the warehouse run on different spreadsheets, the plan is wrong before the shift starts. Shortages show up at the line, not in the system.
Traceability that stops at the dock
A customer complaint or supplier recall needs the batch history of every input. Paper trails and disconnected tools make that a multi-day search.
Cost that never reaches the books
If the price paid for materials and the value of stock on hand live outside the ledger, product margins are estimates until someone reconciles them.
Built around how manufacturing businesses work
Buy what the plan needs, at the best price
Raise purchase requests, send RFQs to several suppliers, compare quotations side by side and award into a pre-filled purchase order.
- Quotation comparison matrix
- Approval rules and procurement budgets
- Spend and supplier-performance reports
Know what you hold, where and what it is worth
Warehouses, locations and shelves with receipts, transfers, adjustments and returns. Stock valuation reconciles to the ledger.
- Multi-warehouse hierarchy and put-away rules
- Stock levels, balance and valuation reports
- Stocktakes with a mobile count page
Batches and expiry from receipt to delivery
Track stock by batch or lot and report what expires next, so a quality issue becomes a query, not an investigation.
- Batch and lot tracking
- Expiring-batches report
- Movement history per batch
Cost and margin in the same system
Bills, payments and stock valuation post to one general ledger, with analytic dimensions to slice cost by plant, line or project.
- Vendor bills matched to orders and receipts
- Analytic cost distribution
- Profit & Loss and balance sheet with drill-down

- 3Issue
Movements keep the batch reference.
- 4Query history
See where a batch went.

What changes
Fewer stock-outs
Reorder rules and low-stock events surface shortages early.
Faster recalls
Batch history answers "where did it go" quickly.
Real inventory value
Valuation flows to the ledger instead of a side sheet.
Tighter buying
Comparison and approvals before an order is placed.

Modules for this industry
Manufacturing & Assembly: questions, answered
Does Xetuu have production planning and bills of materials?
Not yet. The Manufacturing module is in development. Today you get purchasing, inventory with batch tracking and accounting; bills of materials, work orders and routings are planned on top of them.
Can I trace a batch back to its supplier?
Yes. Receipts carry batch information and every movement keeps the batch reference, so you can see where a batch came from and where it went.
How does stock value get into the accounts?
Inventory posts valuation to the same general ledger as Accounting, so the stock report and the balance sheet agree.
Can I run several plants or warehouses?
Yes. Warehouses, locations and shelves form a hierarchy, and a tenant can operate several companies and branches.
