Stock in many places, orders from many customers, one view.
Distributors win on availability and lose on cash tied up in the wrong warehouse. Xetuu keeps stock, sales, purchasing and customer credit in one system so the order, the shelf and the invoice always agree.
What gets in the way
Stock split across warehouses
Salespeople promise stock that is in the wrong building. Transfers happen by phone and nobody sees the true position.
Replenishment by gut feel
Without reorder rules tied to real demand, you either over-buy and tie up cash or run out of fast movers.
Credit risk found at invoice time
Exposure that is only visible after invoicing is exposure you could not control when you accepted the order.

Modules for this industry
Wholesale & Distribution: questions, answered
Can I see stock by warehouse and location?
Yes. Stock levels and balance reports break stock down by warehouse and location, and transfers move it between them.
How does credit control work?
Credit is reserved against the customer when a sales order is confirmed and released if it is cancelled before invoicing. The credit exposure report shows the position.
Does it support reorder suggestions?
Yes. Reorder rules and low-stock events let Purchase raise suggestions for the buyer to review.
Is there route management for deliveries?
Not yet. Delivery documents exist; dedicated route planning is not available yet.
