From proposal to payment in one connected flow.
Xetuu Sales covers the commercial transaction end to end and the sales organisation around it: teams, territories, targets and commissions, with a customer portal for acceptance.
Everything inside Xetuu Sales
Proposals, quotations, orders, invoicing, teams, territories, targets and commissions.
Proposals & quotations
Build versioned proposals and quotations with lines, taxes, discounts and terms, then print or email them with your own template.
- Version history on every document
- Customer portal for acceptance
- Print and email from the document
Sales orders
Confirm a quotation into an order. Credit is reserved against the customer at that moment and released if the order is cancelled before invoicing.
- Credit reserved on confirmation
- Discount approval above a company threshold
- Events notify Inventory and Accounting
Invoices & payments
Invoices, credit notes and payments received are available inside Sales itself, backed by the shared accounting records.
- No bounce into the Accounting screens
- Credit notes and payments received
- Mandatory mode of payment
Teams, territories & targets
Organise your sales organisation into teams and territories, set targets per representative, and measure progress.
- Territories and sales teams
- Targets by representative
- Commission rules and statements
Commissions
Define commission rules and let the system calculate what each representative has earned from invoiced sales.
- Rule-based commissions
- Commission view per representative
- Linked to the same invoices Accounting books
Sales reporting
Funnel, pipeline, win/loss, by representative, by territory, forecast versus actual and credit exposure reports give managers a live view.
- Forecast vs actual
- Credit exposure by customer
- Win/loss analysis
One flow from first proposal to final payment
A sale is rarely one document. Xetuu keeps the chain intact: proposal, quotation, order, delivery, invoice, payment. Each step is created from the previous one, so customer, items and prices never need re-typing.
Customers can open and respond to documents from a public portal, which shortens the time between "sent" and "accepted".
- Versioned proposals and quotations
- Customer portal with accept and decline
- Order confirmation reserves credit
Discounts and credit under control
Set a discount threshold for your company. Orders above it need approval before they can be confirmed, so margin leaks are caught while they can still be changed.
Credit exposure is tracked from order confirmation, which means a salesperson sees a customer's real exposure, not just what has already been invoiced.
- Company-level discount approval threshold
- Credit exposure report
- Approvals recorded against the order
Know which territories, teams and people deliver
Targets and territories turn a sales team from a list of names into a structure you can manage. Reports compare forecast with actual, show win and loss reasons, and break revenue down by representative or territory.
- Targets by representative
- Forecast vs actual
- Reports by territory and by sales rep

Sales questions, answered
What does Xetuu Sales include?
Proposals, quotations, sales orders, invoices, credit notes, payments received, a customer portal, teams, territories, targets, commission rules, discount approvals and a set of sales reports.
Does Sales work without CRM?
Yes. Sales runs on its own. If you install CRM, a won opportunity continues into a proposal without retyping the customer.
How is customer credit controlled?
Credit is reserved against the customer when an order is confirmed and released if it is cancelled before invoicing. After invoicing, Accounting is the source of truth for receivables.
Can customers accept quotations online?
Yes. Documents can be opened and responded to by customers from a public portal.
Do invoices from Sales appear in Accounting?
They are the same records. Sales gives you its own invoice screens, and Accounting shows the same data with period-close and reconciliation tools.
