Territories
Regions or segments that customers and orders belong to.
Overview
A territory has a name, region code and parent, and shows its orders, quotations and targets. Use territories for assignment and for the By Territory report.
When to use territories
- You split the market by region.
Step by step
In the Sales module open Sales Management in the green navigation bar, then choose Territories under Sales Ops.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: TERRITORY, REGION CODE, PARENT, ORDERS, QUOTATIONS, TARGETS, STATUS.
- Actions on the screen: New Territory.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- sales.territories.manage
- sales.territories.view
