Access Requests
Requests for more access.
Overview
People can ask for access they do not have; approvers grant or refuse it, leaving a record.
When to use access requests
- You control who can see what.
Step by step
In the Administration module open Users & Access in the green navigation bar, then choose Access Requests under Access.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- administration.access-requests.approve
- administration.access-requests.create
- administration.access-requests.read
- approval.request.approve
- approval.request.read
- approval.request.submit
