Delegated Access
Temporary access on behalf of someone else.
Overview
Delegated access lets a user act for another for a period, for example while on leave, with a full audit trail.
When to use delegated access
- A manager is away.
Step by step
In the Administration module open Users & Access in the green navigation bar, then choose Delegated Access under Access.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- administration.delegated-access.create
- administration.delegated-access.read
- administration.delegated-access.update
