Audit Log
Who changed what, and when.
Overview
The audit log records every create, update and approval with the user, time and before-and-after values. It is append-only, so entries cannot be edited or removed.
When to use audit log
- An auditor asks for evidence.
Step by step
In the Administration module open Audit & Compliance in the green navigation bar, then choose Audit Log under Compliance.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- administration.audit.read
