Document Numbering
The numbering format of documents.
Overview
Set the prefix, padding and reset period for each document type, so numbers look the way you want. Documents can be opened by number as well as by id.
When to use document numbering
- You want your own number format.
Step by step
In the Administration module open Documents in the green navigation bar, then choose Document Numbering under Documents.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- numbering.sequence.create
- numbering.sequence.read
- numbering.sequence.update
