Overview
Approvals shows the documents waiting for you across modules, so you can approve or reject from one place.
When to use approvals
- You are an approver.
Step by step
In the Administration module open Documents in the green navigation bar, then choose Approvals under Documents.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- approval.flow.create
- approval.flow.read
- approval.request.approve
- approval.request.read
- approval.request.submit
