Workflows
Your automations, their triggers and runs.
Overview
The list shows each workflow, its trigger, how many times it has run and whether it is on. Runs are logged so you can see what fired and why.
When to use workflows
- You review or switch automations.
Step by step
In the Automation module open Workflows in the green navigation bar, then choose Workflows under Automation.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: WORKFLOW, TRIGGER, RUNS, STATUS.
- Actions on the screen: New Workflow.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- workflow.definition.create
- workflow.definition.delete
- workflow.definition.read
- workflow.definition.update
