Ready-made automation workflows for inventory.
Overview
Pre-built automations cover common stock reminders and actions. Enable one, adjust its conditions, and runs are logged in the Automation module.
When to use inventory automations
- You want low-stock or expiry alerts without building a workflow.
Step by step
In the Inventory module open Automations in the green navigation bar, then choose Inventory Automations under Pre-Built Automations.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- automation.templates.activate
- automation.templates.read
