Carriers
Transport companies used for deliveries.
Overview
Carriers have a code, name, phone, email and status. Select one on a delivery to record who moved the goods.
When to use carriers
- You ship with third-party transporters.
Step by step
In the Inventory module open Config in the green navigation bar, then choose Carriers under Masters.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: CODE, CARRIER NAME, PHONE, EMAIL, STATUS.
- Actions on the screen: Add Carrier, Skip — I’ll set it up manually, Start.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- inventory.carriers.create
- inventory.carriers.delete
- inventory.carriers.read
- inventory.carriers.update
