Warehouses
The warehouses and stores that hold your stock.
Overview
A warehouse is a physical site with its own locations and stock. Warehouses are linked to branches so documents default to the right one.
When to use warehouses
- You open a new store or depot.
Step by step
In the Inventory module open Config in the green navigation bar, then choose Warehouses under Settings & Locations.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- inventory.warehouse.create
- inventory.warehouse.read
- inventory.warehouse.update
