Stock Take Reports
The history and variances of past counts.
Overview
Stock Take Reports shows completed counts with their variances and values, as evidence for auditors and to spot recurring loss areas.
When to use stock take reports
- You review count accuracy over time.
Step by step
In the Inventory module open Reports in the green navigation bar, then choose Stock Take Reports under Inventory Reports.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- inventory.report.read
- inventory.stock.adjust
- inventory.stock.read
- inventory.stock.value
