Stock Balance
Opening, movements and closing stock for a period.
Overview
The Stock Balance report shows opening quantity, what came in and out, and closing quantity per product for the period, so you can reconcile stock to the ledger.
When to use stock balance
- Period-end stock reconciliation.
Step by step
In the Inventory module open Reports in the green navigation bar, then choose Stock Balance under Inventory Reports.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- inventory.stock.adjust
- inventory.stock.read
- inventory.stock.value
