Stock Ledger
Every stock movement, in order.
Overview
The Stock Ledger lists each receipt, delivery, transfer, adjustment and return with quantity in and out and the running balance. Filter by product, location or date to see exactly how a balance was reached.
When to use stock ledger
- You investigate a quantity.
- An auditor asks for movement history.
Step by step
In the Inventory module open Reports in the green navigation bar, then choose Stock Ledger under Inventory Reports.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- inventory.stock.adjust
- inventory.stock.read
- inventory.stock.value
