Locations
The areas inside a warehouse.
Overview
Locations subdivide a warehouse, for example receiving, storage and dispatch. Stock is held and moved between locations.
When to use locations
- You need to know where in the warehouse stock sits.
Step by step
In the Inventory module open Config in the green navigation bar, then choose Locations under Settings & Locations.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- org.warehouse-locations.create
- org.warehouse-locations.delete
- org.warehouse-locations.read
- org.warehouse-locations.update
