Areas group tables so waiters and the floor plan match the room.
When to use areas
- You have several dining zones.
Step by step
In the Pos module open Restaurant in the green navigation bar, then choose Areas under Operations.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
