Open your shop on the POS
10 minCreate a register, add staff and payment methods, and make the first sale.

Create a register
Open Terminal → Register → Registers and add one per till, linked to a branch and warehouse.

Assign staff
Open Staff Assignment and choose who can use each register.

Set payment methods
Open Configuration → POS Setup → Payment Methods and enable cash, card and mobile money as you accept them.

Sell
Open POS Terminal, scan or tap products, take payment and print the receipt. Stock and the ledger update when the sale completes.

Close the shift
Count the cash at close. The session posts sales and the cash summary to Accounting in one entry.

Run a restaurant service

Set up the floor
Open Restaurant → Operations → Areas and Tables and draw your floor.

Add recipes
Open Recipes so each dish lists its ingredients; stock falls as dishes are sold.

Take the order
Waiters open a table in the POS Terminal and send items to the kitchen.

Cook and serve
The Kitchen Display shows tickets in order and clears them as they are ready.

Split and pay
Split the bill by guest or item and take payment.

Open Reporting → POS Reports → Sales & Payments.

Filter
Filter by register, cashier, date and payment method.

Reconcile
Compare expected cash with counted cash from the closed shift.
