Sales Funnel
How documents convert from stage to stage.
Overview
The Sales Funnel shows the number and value of documents at each stage with conversion from the previous stage and from the start, and what dropped out. Export it to CSV.
When to use sales funnel
- You look for where deals are lost.
Step by step
In the Sales module open Reports in the green navigation bar, then choose Sales Funnel under Sales Performance.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: STAGE, DOCUMENTS, VALUE, CONVERSION FROM PREVIOUS, CONVERSION FROM START, DROPPED.
- Actions on the screen: Export CSV, STAGE, DOCUMENTS, VALUE, CONVERSION FROM PREVIOUS, CONVERSION FROM START, DROPPED.
