Email Settings
Send mail from your own address.
Overview
Add your mail server details so documents and notifications go out in your name. If you add none, the platform’s mail service is used.
When to use email settings
- You email documents to customers.
Step by step
In the Administration module open Communications in the green navigation bar, then choose Email Settings under Email.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- administration.settings.read
- administration.settings.update
- email.settings.read
- email.settings.update
