Edit the templates used for invoices, orders, reminders and notifications.
When to use email templates
- You want your own tone.
Step by step
In the Administration module open Communications in the green navigation bar, then choose Email Templates under Email.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- email.template.create
- email.template.delete
- email.template.read
- email.template.update
- print.templates.read
