Overview
The list shows dashboards, each visible to everyone in the company or only to you.
When to use all dashboards
- You open or share a dashboard.
Step by step
In the Analytics module open Analytics in the green navigation bar, then choose All Dashboards under Workspace.

What you see on the screen
- Form fields: Name, Description, Who can see it Everyone in the company Only me.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- analytics.dashboard.create
- analytics.dashboard.delete
- analytics.dashboard.read
- analytics.dashboard.update
