Overview
The KPI Library lists the measures for Finance, Sales, CRM, POS, Inventory and Procurement, computed from your data. Refresh updates them.
When to use kpis
- You choose what to track.
Step by step
In the Analytics module open Analytics in the green navigation bar, then choose KPIs under Workspace.

What you see on the screen

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- analytics.kpi.create
- analytics.kpi.read
- analytics.kpi.update
