Duplicates
Find and merge duplicate records.
Overview
Duplicate rules score candidate matches, a scan runs in the background, and merge lets you combine two records into one while keeping history.
When to use duplicates
- Imports or web forms created doubles.
Step by step
In the Crm module open Relationships in the green navigation bar, then choose Duplicates under Accounts & Contacts.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- crm.duplicate.manage
- crm.duplicate.read
