Channels
Connect email, messaging and calendar to the CRM.
Overview
Channels connect your communication tools, such as email and calendar, so messages and meetings are tied to the right records and logged on the timeline.
When to use channels
- You want conversations captured automatically.
Step by step
In the Crm module open Relationships in the green navigation bar, then choose Channels under Activity.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- crm.channel.manage
- crm.channel.read
- crm.channel.send
