Campaigns
Marketing campaigns with members and return on investment.
Overview
A campaign groups the people you contact, tracks their responses and shows its ROI. Outbound sends respect each contact’s consent, so people who have opted out are not contacted.
When to use campaigns
- You run an email or event campaign.
Step by step
In the Crm module open Marketing in the green navigation bar, then choose Campaigns under Campaigns.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- crm.campaign.create
- crm.campaign.delete
- crm.campaign.read
- crm.campaign.update
