Connect Accounts
Connect your Facebook Page, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Telegram channel once, then post to all of them from one screen. Each network has a step-by-step card.
Overview
Open CRM → Marketing → Connect Accounts and choose a network. Each card lists what you need, the exact steps, the fields to paste, and a Test connection button that checks your details with the network without saving anything.
Facebook and Instagram can connect in one click if your platform administrator has added a Meta app (the card tells you). Otherwise paste a Page access token. Telegram is the easiest: create a bot with @BotFather, add it to your channel as administrator, and paste the bot token and channel name.
Tokens are encrypted and are never shown again. If a network later rejects a token (they expire), the account shows “Needs attention” with the reason in plain words; paste a new token to fix it.
Be honest about what is live: Xetuu has not been able to test every network with your credentials. Press Test connection, then publish a small test post. If a network says no, you will see its reason rather than a false “success”.
When to use connect accounts
- First-time setup.
- When a token expires (LinkedIn ~60 days, Facebook tokens depending on type).
- When you want leads from a network to land in a particular campaign.

How leads are collected
- Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads: instant via the webhook URL, or every 10 minutes by polling.
- Any other source: send JSON (full_name, email, phone, consent) to the account’s Lead URL.
- Duplicates are merged into the existing lead. A lead only gets marketing consent when the form really contained a consent answer.
- Links you post carry utm_campaign = the campaign number, so website visitors who fill a Xetuu lead form are attached to that campaign automatically.

- Failed posts mark the account “Needs attention” when the network rejects the token.
