Payment Methods
The ways customers can pay at the till.
Overview
Payment methods such as cash, card and mobile money are shown on the terminal and recorded per sale, so the cash summary splits by method.
When to use payment methods
- You start accepting a new payment type.
Step by step
In the Pos module open Sales in the green navigation bar, then choose Payment Methods under POS Sales Flow.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- pos.payment-methods.create
- pos.payment-methods.read
- pos.payment-methods.update
- pos.payment.read
- pos.payment.update
