Sales Orders
Orders taken at the point of sale.
Overview
POS sales orders list what has been sold through the terminal, with their items, totals and payments, so you can look up and review a sale.
When to use sales orders
- A customer asks about a past sale.
Step by step
In the Pos module open Sales in the green navigation bar, then choose Sales Orders under POS Sales Flow.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- pos.order.create
- pos.order.discount
- pos.order.read
- pos.order.refund
- pos.order.void
- pos.sales-orders.create
- pos.sales-orders.read
- pos.sales-orders.update
