Purchase Automations
Ready-made purchase workflows.
Overview
Pre-built automations include notifying Finance when goods are received and notifying Procurement when a vendor bill posts. Turn one on to start it.
When to use purchase automations
- You want automatic notifications.
Step by step
In the Purchase module open Automations in the green navigation bar, then choose Purchase Automations under Pre-Built Automations.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Turn On.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- automation.templates.activate
- automation.templates.read
