Budget Consumption
How much of each procurement budget is used.
Overview
Budget Consumption compares each budget’s allocation with what has been consumed, the remainder and the usage percentage.
When to use budget consumption
- You control departmental spend.
Step by step
In the Purchase module open Reporting in the green navigation bar, then choose Budget Consumption under Analytics.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: Budget, Allocated, Consumed, Remaining, Usage.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
