Accounting Automations
Ready-made automation workflows for accounting.
Overview
Pre-built automations cover common accounting reminders and actions, for example chasing overdue invoices. Enable one, adjust its conditions and recipients, and runs are logged in the Automation module.
When to use accounting automations
- You want reminders without building a workflow from scratch.
Step by step
In the Accounting module open Automations in the green navigation bar, then choose Accounting Automations under Pre-Built Automations.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- accounting.account.create
- accounting.account.delete
- accounting.account.read
- accounting.account.update
