Grievance categories group complaints so they can be routed and reported.
When to use grievance categories
- You structure how concerns are handled.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Tenure in the green navigation bar, then choose Grievance Categories under Tenure.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- expenses.categories.create
- expenses.categories.read
- expenses.categories.update
