Handle employee grievances.
Overview
A grievance records a complaint, its category, and how it is investigated and resolved, with a record of each step.
When to use grievances
- An employee raises a concern.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Tenure in the green navigation bar, then choose Grievances under Tenure.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.grievances.close
- hr.grievances.config
- hr.grievances.create
- hr.grievances.delete
- hr.grievances.read
- hr.grievances.resolve
- hr.grievances.update
