Framework Agreements
Standing agreements that set terms without committing volume.
Overview
A framework agreement fixes terms, such as prices and conditions, for a period, so orders placed under it follow them.
When to use framework agreements
- You agree terms before knowing quantities.
Step by step
In the Purchase module open Contracts in the green navigation bar, then choose Framework Agreements under Agreements.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: Number, Title, Start, End, Status.
- Actions on the screen: New Agreement.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- purchase.framework-agreements.create
- purchase.framework-agreements.read
