Procurement Contracts
Contracts with suppliers.
Overview
Procurement contracts record agreed terms with a supplier — number, title, period, value and status — so purchase orders can be raised against them.
When to use procurement contracts
- You have negotiated terms for a period.
Step by step
In the Purchase module open Contracts in the green navigation bar, then choose Procurement Contracts under Agreements.

What you see on the screen
- Columns: Number, Title, Start, End, Value, Status.
- Actions on the screen: New Contract.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- purchase.contracts.create
- purchase.contracts.read
- purchase.contracts.update
