Quality Inspection
Check delivered goods before accepting them.
Overview
Quality inspection records pass or fail per line against a goods receipt. Failed quantities can be returned to the supplier.
When to use quality inspection
- You inspect incoming goods.
Step by step
In the Purchase module open Receiving in the green navigation bar, then choose Quality Inspection under Warehouse.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- purchase.quality.create
- purchase.quality.read
