Supplier Bills
Turn received goods into a supplier bill that clears GRNI and creates the payable.
Overview
Convert to Bill bills only what has been received and not yet billed (three-way matching, the default). Services and non-stock lines bill the ordered quantity. In two-way mode everything ordered can be billed. The same goods can never be billed twice.
You can narrow the quantities when the supplier invoiced a partial shipment.
When to use supplier bills
- A supplier invoice arrives for goods you have received.
Prerequisites
Step by step
On the order choose Create Bill. A draft bill is created with the billable quantities, net unit prices and tax.
