Portal Settings
Control what customers can do in the portal.
Overview
Portal settings enable the customer portal and decide what customers can see and do, such as accepting quotations online.
When to use portal settings
- You let customers accept quotes online.
Step by step
In the Sales module open Configuration in the green navigation bar, then choose Portal Settings under Sales Settings.

What you see on the screen
- Actions on the screen: Save changes.
Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- sales.portal.manage
- sales.settings.manage
