Customer Portal Users
Customers who can sign in to view and accept quotes online.
Overview
Invite a contact from a customer to the portal. They can review documents and accept or decline quotations; the result is recorded on the document.
When to use customer portal users
- You want customers to self-serve.
Step by step
In the Sales module open Sales in the green navigation bar, then choose Customer Portal Users under Customers.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- sales.customer.create
- sales.customer.delete
- sales.customer.read
- sales.customer.update
- sales.portal.manage
