Disciplinary Types
The categories of disciplinary action.
Overview
Disciplinary types define the categories and levels of action, such as a verbal warning or a final warning, that cases can use.
When to use disciplinary types
- You set your disciplinary policy.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Performance in the green navigation bar, then choose Disciplinary Types under Disciplinary.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.disciplinary.action
- hr.disciplinary.close
- hr.disciplinary.config
- hr.disciplinary.create
- hr.disciplinary.delete
- hr.disciplinary.read
- hr.disciplinary.update
