Training Sessions
Scheduled training events.
Overview
A training session is a dated event for a programme, with attendees. Completing it records who attended and feeds the compliance matrix.
When to use training sessions
- You run a course.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Performance in the green navigation bar, then choose Training Sessions under Staff Training.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.training.approve
- hr.training.create
- hr.training.delete
- hr.training.enrol
- hr.training.read
- hr.training.update
Automation
- Completing a session emits hr.training.session.completed, and training completion feeds the compliance matrix.
