Training Requests
Employees asking for training.
Overview
Employees request training; managers approve or decline, and approved requests can be placed on a session.
When to use training requests
- Staff want to develop skills.
Step by step
In the Hr module open Performance in the green navigation bar, then choose Training Requests under Staff Training.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- hr.training.approve
- hr.training.create
- hr.training.delete
- hr.training.enrol
- hr.training.read
- hr.training.update
