Overview
The command centre shows KPIs such as availability, MTBF, MTTR, downtime hours, overdue PM, PM compliance, open backlog, open critical alerts and maintenance cost, plus health bands, criticality, top risks, worst health and nearest end of life. Filter by org node, class and window. Utilisation and OEE stay empty until production logs exist, and values can be empty until there is downtime and work history.
When to use command centre
- You review the health of the whole estate.
Prerequisites
- Work order and downtime history (empty values are normal on a new tenant)
