Lifecycle
This guide walks through each screen in the Lifecycle menu of the Fixed Assets module: Capital Proposals, Acquisition, Commissioning, Engineering Changes, Transfers, Movements & Scans.
Capital Proposals
Where to find itFixed Assets → Lifecycle → Plan & Acquire → Capital Proposals
How to use Capital Proposals
- 1Open Capital Proposals
In the Fixed Assets module, open Lifecycle in the green navigation bar, then choose Capital Proposals under Plan & Acquire.
- 2Review the list
The list shows these columns: NUMBER, TITLE, CATEGORY, PRIORITY, FY, ESTIMATED, STATUS. Use the search box and filters at the top to narrow it, and click any row to open the record.
- 3Use the available actions
Buttons available on this screen: ‹ Prev, Next ›, New Proposal.
Acquisition
Where to find itFixed Assets → Lifecycle → Plan & Acquire → Acquisition
How to use Acquisition
- 1Open Acquisition
In the Fixed Assets module, open Lifecycle in the green navigation bar, then choose Acquisition under Plan & Acquire.
Commissioning

How to use Commissioning
