Clause Library
Reusable, versioned contract clauses.
Overview
The clause library holds the wording you reuse in contracts. A clause is never edited in place: saving creates the next version and retires the previous one, so a signed contract always shows the wording it was signed with. Clauses can contain variables filled in per contract and can be grouped into sets.
When to use clause library
- Legal wants one controlled source of wording.
Step by step
In the Crm module open Pipeline in the green navigation bar, then choose Clause Library under Contracts.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- crm.clause.manage
- crm.clause.read
