Keep recurring contracts from lapsing.
Overview
Renewals lists contracts approaching their end so you can renew, renegotiate or let them expire before they lapse unnoticed.
When to use renewals
- You sell annual subscriptions or service agreements.
Step by step
In the Crm module open Pipeline in the green navigation bar, then choose Renewals under Contracts.

Permissions
These permission keys control access (granted to roles in Administration → Roles & Permissions):
- crm.contract.amend
- crm.contract.approve
- crm.contract.create
- crm.contract.delete
- crm.contract.read
- crm.contract.renew
- crm.contract.send
- crm.contract.terminate
- crm.contract.update
